1 Free-Range Egg Yolk

1/2 – 1 Small Banana

(For Keto/Low Carb/Sugar Free Dieters, use 1/2 – 1 Avocado with a sprinkle of Stevia

1tsp Creatine Monohydrate

1-2 tsp Organic Raw Maca Powder

20-30g Grass-fed Cold Processed Whey Protein Concentrate or Cold pressed Hemp Protein

1/2 – 1 Scoop Green Micronutrient Powder

1/4 tsp Cinnamon

1 tsp Spirulina

Add ins based on daily requirements:

1/2 tsp Real Mushrooms Lion’s Mane

1/2 tsp Real Mushrooms Chaga

1/2 tsp Real Mushrooms Cordyceps

Adorn with:
